主要研究领域:
(1)设计并合成刺激响应型诊疗一体小分子药物用于动脉粥样硬化、深静脉血栓等心血管疾病的多模态成像与特异性治疗;
(2)以活细胞作为改造平台,通过对活细胞进行特异性表面修饰与内部标记获得以细胞为识别单元的诊断介质,用于心血管疾病的多模态成像与实时诊断;
(3)基于光学检测技术发展心血管疾病特异性治疗药物、高效递药系统的高通量筛选方法。
