心肌重构及细胞内信号转导研究组

心肌重构是多种心脏疾病发展至心衰的重要原因。压力过负荷、心肌缺血、衰老、炎症以及多种激素等均可诱导心肌重构,大量临床研究及动物实验发现,改善心肌重构可以有效减缓心力衰竭的发生发展。但目前关于心肌重构的详细分子机制尚未阐明。因此,明确心肌重构的细胞内调控机制,寻找可以延缓重构的生物学靶点具有十分重要的临床意义。
