动脉粥样硬化分子机制与临床研究组

心血管疾病是全球死亡的最主要原因,给个人和社会带来沉重经济负担。动脉粥样硬化是冠心病等心脑血管疾病的病理基础,阐明分子机制及免疫炎症调控在动脉粥样硬化中的作用,可为临床动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新思路。复杂冠脉病变是冠心病中较严重的类型,手术风险高、操作难度大,我们通过开展临床研究为复杂病变患者选择合适的血运重建策略,并研究新型冠脉内影像学、功能学等评价技术在介入策略制定中的应用。
